About our Peterborough Location

Long & McQuade Peterborough opened in October of 2014. The former owners of Bud's Music decided to retire and approached Long & McQuade to take over. Fender Bass 6 Baritone We jumped at the chance to come to Peterborough and have been rolling ever since. The staff are a mix of old Bud's staff and Long & McQuade veterans and between all of them, have a great knowledge of all departments.

Our acoustic guitar department is especially impressive and it would be hard to find a better selection of instruments anywhere in the area. We moved to our huge new store at 129 Alymer St. N. in the fall of 2015. The new store features a huge wall of guitars, 7 lesson studios and is sure to be one of the most impressive music stores you will ever see. Come on down and pay us a visit!
